GENERAL INFORMATION
District Office
Full-time, Permanent
10-month position, with up to 20 days in the summer

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's or Master's degree
Must hold or be eligible for State of Delaware initial or continuing license
Must have experience with Apple hardware and software
Must upload a letter of interest and resume into the application

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's degree in Instructional Technology
Minimum of 5 years teaching experience - STEM related area preferred
Experience as instructional and/or leading professional development

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Develop and promote a district-wide STEAM initiative in conjunction with District Office Supervisors
  2. Design, deliver, and coordinate technology training to meet the staff and district needs
  3. Assist teachers in the integration of technology into classroom instruction
  4. Coordinate the district's Math MTSS (grades 6-12) plan in conjunction with the district's Literacy Specialist
  5. Coordinate the K-12 M@CH Leadership Team (Math at Cape Henlopen)
  6. Develop and coordinatie district STEAM Fair K-12
  7. Develop and coordinate K-8 Robotics program
  8. Represent and coordinate district activities in STEAM partnerships (e.g. community organizations, internships in STEAM related areas)
  9. Provide STEAM coaching, modeling and professional learning opportunities
  10. Provide instructional leadership to ensure science alignment to NGSS
  11. Maintain a STEAM Schoology group for teachers and administrators
  12. Create, develop, and manage a STEAM committee that includes representative of K-12 teachers and administrators
  13. District Science Liaison
