Greet and direct visitors
Answer phone calls and respond to emails
Perform day-to-day office routines such as typing, distribution of correspondences, records, and reports
Maintain student records
Maintain daily student attendance log/records
Provide instructional materials and supplies
Establish a positive, welcoming environment
Complete tasks assigned by administration in a timely and accurate matter
Participates in school activities and serves as a valuable team member
Process applications for the lottery
Process and maintain enrollment for unit count
Supervise students as needed
Coordinate Facilities crew
Deliver items dropped off by visitors
Sort/process mail and packages
Additional duties as needed
